Public procurement: irregularities and live prices

A public tender read by agents: the specifications quietly written around one supplier flagged, and every line item priced against market alternatives the system finds and cites.

What it shows

A tender goes in as published. The agents read the requirements and flag the irregularities: a specification that only one product on the market satisfies, a deadline no newcomer can meet, a criterion that rewards a past relationship rather than the offer. Each flag comes with the passage it rests on.

Then the line items. For each one the system searches for comparable products, prices them, and puts the tender's price beside the market's, with the source of every figure. The recording is silent; the screen carries it. Recorded by the BioSeek team in July 2025.

The system

The same agent stack as the legal work in chapter VI, pointed at a different corpus: retrieval first, the model's own memory last, and every claim tied to the page it came from.
